The Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show serves owners, operators and managers of nightclubs, bars, lounges, pubs and sports bars. It is the definitive industry gathering for hospitality professionals looking for insights, ideas and innovations to help boost their profitability.

We are currently seeking qualified speakers to deliver presentations at the upcoming conferences. If you’re an owner, operator, analyst or a consultant and would like to deliver a presentation, please submit your proposal here.

All sessions must speak directly to the issues associated with improving owner/operator profitability (how to boost revenue, how to cut expenses). Proposals that do not illustrate how to improve bottom-line business performance will not be considered for inclusion in the conference program.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURES

All submissions must be received electronically via the on-line form located at https://questex.wufoo.com/forms/nightclub-bar-call-for-papers/. For your submission to be considered, it MUST be received by August 12, 2010.

To receive first consideration for inclusion in the conference program, vendor and consultant submissions should include at least one customer co-presenter (note: customer must be an owner/operator, not another product/service provider). Owner/operator panels are also welcomed.

SPEAKER GUIDELINES

Please note that all speakers selected to present will receive complimentary admission to the exhibit hall and conference. No other compensation will be provided. Accepted speakers will be required to sign and submit a speaker agreement.

VENDOR SUBMISSIONS

All presentations at the Nightclub & Bar conference must be non-commercial. The promotion of a specific company and/or its products or services is not permitted and proposals that appear to do so will not be accepted for inclusion in the program.
