Who attends Nightclub & Bar Show?
Nightclub & Bar Show is a trade event open to ALL bar, nightlife, and hospitality professionals. If you are involved in the bar, nightlife, beverage, restaurant, or hospitality industry then the Nightclub & Bar Show is for you!

How do I book a hotel?
Nightclub & Bar Show makes it easy and affordable for attendees from all over the country and world to experience the show and take in the spectacle that is LAS VEGAS! We offer attendees and exhibitors exclusive discounted hotel rates at Las Vegas' premier hotels. Our official housing site Par Avion will go live in December for the 2016 event! Do you offer group/team discounts?
You must be 21 years of age to register and attend all show events. All attendees must have valid identification. I.D. will be checked and must match name on badge for admittance to all show and sponsored events.
The attendees must agree to practice responsible consumption of alcohol. Anyone who over-consumes or appears to over-consume alcohol will be ejected from all show activities without refund. Registering for Nightclub & Bar Show implies consent to use your image in future promotional materials and media coverage. Conference organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice.
Dress for exhibit hall and educational sessions is professional/casual business attire. Attendees should avoid wearing any clothing that may be interpreted as promiscuous, provocative or overly suggestive. Show management reserves the right to deem any attire inappropriate and therefore not allow admission to any events affiliated with the show. For PM, fashionable dress code enforced.
Responsible Beverage Consumption Policy
Must be 21 or over to attend. Valid ID is required. The registrant agrees that they will practice responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Anyone who over-consumes or appears to overconsume alcohol will be ejected from all show activities without refund of fees. Issuance of a badge signifies acceptance of Responsible Beverage Consumption Policy.
Code Of Conduct
Show management may revoke without refund the privilege of any exhibitor or attendee to attend the show or affiliated events if such exhibitor or attendee participates in any promiscuous, sexually provocative or other inappropriate behavior as determined in the sole judgment of show management.
Parking & Monorail Info
Parking at Las Vegas Convention Center - Parking is available in the Silver and Gold lots for $10.00 a day.
Las Vegas Monorail - Tickets may be purchased online at www.lvmonorail.com or at the ticket vending machines located at each station. For additional information, call 1-866-4-MONORAIL.
I completed a speaker submission form. When will I be notified if I was chosen to speak?
All speaker entries will be answered by August 14th, 2015.
How are speakers selected?
Speakers are selected by the Education Committee based on their relevance and uniqueness of session description, topic knowledge, reliability and prominence in the industry. All sessions must be educational in nature. Sales pitches and product promotions are strictly prohibited and will result in exclusion from Nightclub & Bar events.
Speaker Deadline Requirements
Upon acceptance of your session an updated session description, brief biography and current headshot are required. All speakers are also required to sign a speaker agreement that details additional deadlines. Missing set deadlines or other requirements in your agreement may result in limited logistical support or seminar cancellation.
What date and time is my session? Where is it being held?
The conference program will take place from March 7 – 9, 2016 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Your session information including date and time will be included in your speaker agreement. Please note your session is subject to change at the discretion of the education committee to improve the overall program. If such change does occur you will be notified in writing as soon as the change takes place. Your room assignments will be emailed three weeks prior to the event.
I am a speaker, do I register myself for the Nightclub & Bar Show?
No, as a speaker you will be automatically registered. Your badge will be available for pickup when you arrive at the event in the speaker headquarters.
You requested my bio. Will it be published in any show materials?
I want to provide handouts to those attending my conference session. Does Nightclub & Bar handle production?
What Audio/Visual equipment will be in the conference sessions?
Standard Audio Visual equipment will be provided in each conference session and includes:
Any additional audio visual equipment must be ordered and approved in advance by Nightclub & Bar show management. AV equipment cannot be ordered onsite at the event. Please submit your additional AV Request Form to Ashley Garceau at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you if there will be a charge for additional equipment or if we cannot fulfill your request.
I am a speaker, can I have access to your press list?
At this time we do not distribute attendee lists by session to speakers for privacy reasons. However, you will receive a post-show report that will break down overall show attendee demographics.
Does Nightclub & Bar cover speaker travel and hotel expenses?
