Featured entertainment – from Shake It Up! bartender competition to Flair Bartender Demonstrations– will be presented throughout the day furing exhibit hall hours. Offering lounge-style seating and high-tops with bar stools, the Main Stage area is a perfect place for attendees to take a break from the bustling show floor aisles and be entertained! In this challenge, the USBG celebrates what bartenders do every day— and honors where they do it. Competitorswill explore their own creativity while using the city’s most delicious local ingredients to create a totally new twist on Mexico’s classic drinks.
