DO I NEED INSURANCE?

All exhibitors MUST provide a certificate of insurance for the event
before they are permitted onto the floor. Further information
regarding insurance, including the insurance registration form,
will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

HOW DO I ORDER CARPET, DRAYAGE, ELECTRICITY,
AND LABOR?

The Exhibitor Service Manual will be available and posted online
in November, which will detail all vendor services and logistical
information.

WHEN WILL EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION OPEN?

Please check back in October for exhibitor registration

HOW MANY COMPLIMENTARY BADGES DO I RECEIVE WITH MY BOOTH?

Each exhibitor receives five (5) complimentary badges per 10’x10’
booth space.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR ANY ADDITIONAL BADGES?

International Hospitality Week is pleased to offer you VIP pricing
on Exhibit Hall Only passes for your clients and colleagues. For
any exhibiting company wanting to purchase Exhibit Hall Only
passes, we will honor a special price of $95 each. (Regular
onsite price is $195).  For your convenience, you may register
for these passes online while registering for your exhibitor
badges, or you can complete a separate registration form.
