Is Nightclub & Bar Show a live, in person event this year?
Yes, Nightclub & Bar Show 2021 will be a live tradeshow and conference at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 28-30, 2021. The 2020 event was cancelled due to Covid-19 but the 2021 event will be a live event with many new event features, extra conference education sessions and live nightlife and Platinum parties.
Recent regulation on gatherings in Las Vegas, Nevada state that as of May 1, 2021 directives on gatherings will transition to local authority, which will include tradeshows
How can you guarantee the health & safety of participants?
The number one priority at Nightclub & Bar Show 2021 is the health & safety of all participants and our team has been working in partnership with the Las Vegas Convention Center on how to maintain a safe and secure trade show environment.
Nightclub & Bar Show will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move towards opening day on June 28, 2021, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.
Onsite safety measures will be implemented from the moment you step into the Las Vegas Convention Center, including but not limited to:
Mandatory masks and temperature checks
Hands-free registration and badging
Each participant must sign a liability waiver that states:
I will not attend Nightclub & Bar Show 2021 if I am experiencing any symptom of illness such as a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss or change to sense of smell or taste
I will not attend Nightclub & Bar Show 2021 if I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 in the previous 14 days
I will not attend Nightclub & Bar Show 2021 if I have been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 in the previous 14 days
I will follow public health authority recommended guidelines as much as possible and limit my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 in the 14 days period before participating in the event.

Appointed and trained personnel who will be responsible for ensuring social distancing is adhered to
Together with the Las Vegas Convention Center and adhering to strict CDC guidelines, we are also working closely with our vendors to continue to follow a rigorous safety regimen when interacting with our community.
Attendees do not have to be vaccinated in order to attend Nightclub & Bar Show 2021.
Will Rapid Testing be available or required on-site?
Rapid testing will not be required or available on-site during Nightclub & Bar Show 2021. After carefully examining the rapid testing process and taking advice from other events that have offered this service as well as data regarding the accuracy of the testing process, it was deemed to be inappropriate to offer this service at this year’s event.
I am an exhibitor and moved my participation from 2020 to 2021– what do I need to do?
Your exhibit and/or sponsorship program has been moved from 2020 to 2021 and remains the same program you originally purchased. The exhibit and/or sponsorship deliverables that are part of your program will be delivered as outlined in your agreement.

Will the expo hall layout be the same in 2021?
The expo hall will be the same hall (South Hall) as in 2020 and we have contacted each exhibitor regarding their booth location in 2021. In some cases a very slightly different booth position has been necessary and has been communicated, but we are available to discuss your current location if you have any questions. Will the conference program be different this year?
A full conference program is currently being finalized as education remains one of the most critical components of the event. We understand the industry has a lot of key questions regarding the state of the bar & restaurant industry and what are the latest trends, ideas and recommendations to help operators, suppliers and manufacturers get their businesses back to full strength as quickly as possible.
Is sampling of beverages and food permitted?
YES – sampling of all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and food products is permitted within the expo, and at outdoor and evening functions. Samples must be individually served to adhere to health & safety regulations and food items must be individually packaged.
Samples can be distributed in and from exhibitor’s booths.
What about the booth orders I placed with GES? Do I need to re-order?
Yes- all orders placed for booth items with GES in 2020 had to be cancelled as the 2020 show was cancelled; and any payments made were refunded. A new GES order must be placed for the 2021 event and details will be available on the website soon. Exhibitors will be notified by email when this available.
I am an attendee – is my 2020 registration pass still active for the 2021 dates?
Yes! All attendee registration passes that were purchased for the 2020 event are valid and have been automatically transferred over to the new dates, June 28-30, 2021.

What about my hotel booking? Do I need to make a new reservation?
YES - All hotel rooms that were reserved in 2020 for the Nightclub & Bar Show 2020 were cancelled as the 2020 event was cancelled. New hotel reservations must be made through Par Avion, the official housing company for Nightclub & Bar Show 2021, and details will be available shortly. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors will be notified by email when housing opens.
