Your New Favorite Cocktail - 2oz Bulleit Bourbon or Crown Apple, fresh lemon, Rhubarb Puree, simple syrup, (egg white option), garnish with Ripple design, serve in Coupe Glass
Plum Crazy - 2oz Bulleit Bourbon or Crown Apple, Red Plum Puree, fresh lemon simple syrup, (egg white option), garnish with Ripple design, serve in Coupe Glass
Vesper - 1.5oz voice of Kettle One Botanical, 1oz of Lillet Blanc, .75oz of Tanqueray Gin, garnish with either: mint, orange rind, or grapefruit rind, serve in coupe glass
Mineragua Soda Water - Choice of spirit mixed with 2 oz of Mineragua soda water with ice garnish optional, served in Old Fashioned Glass
Paloma - 2oz of Don Julio Blanco tequila, 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice, .5oz fresh lime juice, 1oz simple syrup, 2oz of Jarritos Grapefruit Soda, garnish with grapefruit slice, serve in Collins Glass
Don Victor’s Spicy Margarita - 2oz choice of Don Julio tequila, .75oz fresh lime juice, .25oz fresh orange juice 1.5oz simple syrup, 2oz water, choice of Hot Sauce: Extra Hot, Hot, or Green (mild), garnish with lime wedge, serve in Collins Glass
